Samantha has extensive senior international leadership and capability build experience at network and independent agencies, having served as managing partner at Grey, Wieden + Kennedy and MD of W+K Platform, as well as brand side, building marketing capability and learning at Bacardi Global Brands and designing creative leadership at ITV.

Given her experience with global world-class brands and agencies to help them implement an actionable vision, creative capabilities and innovative strategic thinking into their organisation, she is well placed to help our clients shape the future of marketing through the identification of talent that can lead them into the future.

Simon is a seasoned veteran of advertising with over 25 years’ experience of working within the industry, most recently as CEO of Contagious. With a true entrepreneurial spirit, proven leadership skills, a deep knowledge of the global marketing industry and a natural curiosity for innovation and insight, his remit is to grow the company, explore strategic alliances and acquisition opportunities and to make the critical transition to guide The Blueprint from a nascent company into a global entity.

Jonny has been at the forefront of the constantly evolving communications landscape for the last 16 years. From direct marketing at Joshua G2 to creative technology at Glue Isobar and more recently, brand and business innovation at BBDO. Jonny’s varied background and experience across multiple categories and geographies gives him a unique perspective on what’s coming next and how both businesses and individuals should be preparing for the future.

Although Jonny has a huge passion for technology and new skill sets, he believes people and mind sets will be the greatest competitive advantage for businesses in the future.

For over 20 years, Noelle has built a career focused on helping businesses grow through business development, new product identification and corporate capability building. Having worked across the spectrum of agencies, brands and start-ups, she most recently served as the Managing Director for Contagious North America. Noelle leads The Blueprint, North America where she is focused on helping future-facing businesses understand changing needs, drive organizational growth through people led change, and building relationships with the innovators, change-makers and passionate industry doers who believe in making this change possible.

Laura comes from an events and operations background having worked at a leading forum for live debate and discussion for over 15 years. She is responsible for the operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and supporting the founder and board of directors.
