Gareth founded The Blueprint in 2006. He identified a need for agencies to adapt to the digital age and harness the exciting opportunities it creates. His converged experience in consultancy and headhunting has given him a unique point of view to progressive agencies and brands.

Adam brings over a decade's experience in advertising to The Blueprint. Having represented agencies of all sizes and scale, from small start-up hot shops through to major global agency networks, Adam has an innate understanding for what makes creative businesses tick, flourish and deliver.

Sam set-up and led the commercial side of a business through to acquisition, having completed an MSc in Marketing & Brand Management in 2015. An Associate at The Blueprint, he is excited by the progressive change-making opportunities ahead, as the creative industry continues to evolve.

Simon is a seasoned veteran of advertising with over 25 years’ experience of working within the industry, most recently as CEO of Contagious. With a true entrepreneurial spirit, proven leadership skills, a deep knowledge of the global marketing industry and a natural curiosity for innovation and insight, his remit is to grow the company, explore strategic alliances and acquisition opportunities and to make the critical transition to guide The Blueprint from a nascent company into a global entity.
