The Blueprint Hires Samantha Brookes As Global Managing Partner, After A Record Year Of Growth

January 30 2019

Samantha Brookes, has extensive senior international leadership and capability build experience at network and independent agencies, having served as managing partner at Grey, Wieden + Kennedy and MD of W + K Platform, as well as brand side, building marketing capability and learning at Bacardi Global Brands and designing creative leadership at ITV.

“I’ve worked for some of the most influential creative businesses, who value their people and understand their culture is their brand. I felt the time was right to harness my experience and network of brilliant talent and join The Blueprint, whose foresight and progressive leadership is redefining the creative industry and helping fearless talent find a place where they can reach their full potential.”

The Blueprint delivers the top 1% to future proof agencies and brands. Samantha joins at a time of unpresented growth at the company and will build on its reputation of providing business design and talent leadership identification for pioneering agencies and brands, at a time when there is a clear need to adapt operating models and ways of working within both.

“Today, whilst technology is vital for almost any business to survive, it’s their people that provide a competitive edge and the power to grow.” said The Blueprint founder, Gareth Moss.

“I set up The Blueprint with this belief from day one and today we spend as much time with our partners helping them to define an actionable vision and understand how they need to operate and what type of leadership, personas, skills and minds are needed to create sustainable growth, as we do to find the unique talent to match.

I am delighted that Samantha has decided to come on board and lead the business. Given her experience with global world-class brands and agencies to help them implement an actionable vision, creative capabilities and innovative strategic thinking into their organisation, she is well placed to help our clients shape the future of marketing through the identification of talent that can lead them into the future.”

“Today’s forward-thinking businesses understand that talent and capability needs are changing rapidly, and they will have to adapt in order to survive” added Samantha.

“Rarely is it just a case of ‘place to replace’ you need a trusted partner who understands your business, understands your culture and understands your goals to find the people who are best placed to power your business and drive growth, not just fulfil a title.”
