An evolving blueprint

No business can stand still and for the past nine years and The Blueprint has continued to evolve its offer to meet the needs of the changing landscape. 

Earlier this year saw the launch of three new and defined services to provide agencies with a choice in how they engage with The Blueprint.  The shift means working with only a handful of agencies on their change programme at any one time.

The Blueprint works with agencies around three key areas of support:

Business Design – mapping out, defining and agreeing future agency direction

Executive Search – in helping agencies define a desired direction, identify and hire the most relevant, progressive and senior talent to help make the business vision a reality

Mentoring – ongoing agency and people support
